Tasks vary daily. We network with temporary housing organizations, heavy equipment operators, first responders, dog teams, contractors and engineers to support and help this community rebuild.

- What to bring: - Work gloves - Rubber boots - Dust mask - Change of clothes - Cold weather clothes - Rain Jacket - Lodging: You will need to provide your own lodging unless Lynette has availability at the volunteer house. - Nearest lodging is about 1/2 hour away, depending on road closures, in Hendersonville. - What we provide: - Meals and drinks - Supplies and Equipment varies. - Porta Potties - Limited volunteer housing. To be discussed with Lynette before arrival. - Other important information: - Emergency services: - Bat Cave Volunteer Fire Dept. - Medical facilities: - Hendersonville, 1/2 hour away +/-, depending on road closures. - Gas Station, Restaurants & Other Amenities: - Hendersonville - Road closures change daily, sometimes hourly.
